Nikita Agarwal
Nikita Agarwal is a Product Manager at Herb Artizan. She has a PhD in Food Science from Cornell University and an MSc in Medicinal Plants (UCL). She is focused on building strong, transparent partnerships through shared knowledge. Her appoach is grounded in empathy, thoroughness, and a desire to learn. In her current role, Nikita is working to connect science, sustainability, and business strategy for herbal products.

Nate Brennan
Nate Brennan has a deep understanding of the cultivation and processing of organic botanicals and is a strong advocate for growers, collectors and the sustainable harvest of plants worldwide. With over a decade sourcing and growing botanicals, Nate is also a big proponent of collaboration within the industry.

Erin Douglas
Erin is Director of Impact and Business Development at Banyan Botanicals. She leads social and environmental initiatives such as Fair for Life Fair Trade and B Corp Certifications. She also creates and manages local partnerships such as Banyan's partnership with Bee Girl Organization to measure and improve pollinator habitat and population at Banyan Farm, and she is responsible for measuring Banyan's carbon footprint. Erin loves to laugh and connect at the heart level.

Zacharia Levine
Zacharia Levine serves as the Vice President of People and Sustainability at The Synergy Company™, a Certified B Corporation that’s in business to transform personal and planetary wellness. In this role, he catalyzes and sustains organizational efforts related to mission and culture, learning and development, wellness, environmental management, social impact, and purpose-driven governance.

Guido Masé
Principle scientist, chief formulator, and herbal educator at Traditional Medicinals, Guido is a clinician and herbal educator specializing in Western herbalism. He co-founded the Vermont Center for Integrative Herbalism and is a founding member of the Burlington Herb Clinic where he houses his clinical practice. He is the author of The Wild Medicine Solution: Healing with Aromatic, Bitter and Tonic Plants and DIY Bitters.

Jefferson Shriver
Jefferson is most recently the Co-Founder and CEO of Doselva, a U.S. Public Benefit Corporation (PBC) founded in 2017 with operations in Nicaragua and Honduras specializing in the production, processing and export of turmeric, ginger, cardamom and allspice grown amongst smallholder farmers in regenerative agriculture systems

Finn Rautenbach
Finn Rautenbach (Afrigetics Botanicals) builds supply networks for Southern African medicinal plants. With a passion for practical sustainability, Finn works at the convergence between the global sustainability community and the deeply rural lives of small holder farmers and wild collectors.

Erin Smith
Erin Smith is an herbalist and ethnobotanist. With 15 years of experience in the herbal product industry, she has specialized in sustainability and social impact, product development, and herbal science and research. She is Chair of the Sustainability Committee of the American Herbal Product Association (AHPA) and on the Board of AHPA’s ERB Foundation, and Advisory Board for American Herbal Pharmacopoeia. She is founder and President of ES Botanical Consulting.

Angela Willard
Angela Willard is a Clinical Herbalist with a passion for growing herbs. She loves wildcrafting, herbal consulting, and sharing her love and knowledge of plants. As the Co-founder of Harmonic Arts, Angela's contributions help the company grow and maintain its grass roots values. She finds balance between nurturing Harmonic Arts' vision and raising a healthy family.
